London, 25 June 2026 – Omni Partners (“Omni”) is pleased to announce that Infoshare+, its public-sector focused software and data solutions platform, has acquired 3C Consultants (“3C”). 3C is a specialist provider of data governance and compliance software to the social housing and local government sectors across the UK and Ireland. As part of the transaction, Infoshare+ has also acquired Infoboss, the technology partner that owns the underlying intellectual property powering 3C’s core software solutions.
These acquisitions mark the tenth and eleventh companies to join the Infoshare+ platform since its launch twenty months ago in October 2024. The bolt-ons strengthen the company’s capabilities in housing and asset management, adding a valuable data governance component to the existing product offering for housing associations.
Founded in 2015, 3C is a trusted partner to social housing providers and local government organisations. The company’s flagship platform, 3C Data Logic, acts as a centralised data management hub that consolidates information from multiple source systems into a single, accurate view. The platform monitors data quality, flags issues and streamlines reporting to help organisations reduce risk, save costs and improve visibility across increasingly complex datasets. These capabilities are underpinned by Infoboss’ technology, which extends 3C’s offering across AI-readiness, search and discovery, cloud migration and data governance.
3C plays a critical role in helping public sector organisations deliver the regulatory ‘Golden Thread’ and ‘Single Version of the Truth’ in data management. It does this by ensuring that information is accurate, complete and auditable. This has become a particular focus in the social housing sector, where providers face heightened regulatory scrutiny following the introduction of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023. By strengthening data integrity and governance, the platform supports housing providers and other local government bodies to meet evolving standards in a constrained operating environment.
The integration of 3C and its underlying Infoboss technology reflects the disciplined approach Omni has taken to building Infoshare+ since its launch. The platform has grown by bringing in complementary businesses that extend its connected data and digital solutions across social housing and local government. The addition of 3C supports Infoshare+’s goal of creating an integrated mid-market software and data platform for the public sector.
Wayne Story, Partner at Omni, commented:
“3C Consultants is a strong strategic fit for Infoshare+. Robust data governance is fundamental to the delivery of modern public services, particularly in sectors facing heightened regulatory and operational pressure like social housing. The addition of 3C, together with Infoboss, deepens our housing and asset management proposition by offering our customers a more unified and consistent view of the information that underpins their decision-making.”
Steve Thorn, Executive Chairman at Infoshare+, said:
“Data sits at the heart of everything we do at Infoshare+. The addition of 3C Consultants significantly extends our data capabilities within our housing and asset management vertical. 3C’s focus on delivering the ‘Golden Thread’ aligns with our strategy of acquiring integrated software solutions that support better outcomes across the public sector. It is yet another clear demonstration of our ability to identify and execute high-quality acquisitions that further the Infoshare+ vision.”
Colin Sales, CEO and Co-Founder at 3C Consultants, added:
“Joining Infoshare+ represents an exciting and carefully considered opportunity for 3C Consultants. Infoshare+’s proven track record of valuing and supporting the people within the businesses it acquires aligns strongly with our own culture and commitment to our team. Our focus has always been on helping public sector organisations manage and govern their data effectively in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Being part of Infoshare+ enables us to scale our impact, connecting with and supporting Infoshare+’s client base of more than 400 social housing sector clients with our critical data management solutions.”
