Omni Advisory is an alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and is an Exempt Reporting Adviser (“ERA”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and manages several investment funds (each, a “Fund“ and together, the “Funds“).

Stewardship Code

Rule 2.2.3R of the FCA Conduct of Business Sourcebook (“COBS”) requires FCA authorised firms which are managing investments for a professional client that is not a natural person to disclose the nature of its commitment to the Financial Reporting Council’s Stewardship Code (the “Code”), or, where it does not commit to the Code, its alternative investment strategy. The Code sets out several principles relating to engagement by investors in UK-listed companies. Adherence to the Code is voluntary.

Whilst Omni Advisory invests in a variety of asset classes in a variety of jurisdictions globally and generally supports the objectives that underlie the Code, it does not ordinarily invest in UK listed companies. Omni Advisory has therefore chosen not to commit to the Code at this time.
