London, 3 July 2025 – Omni Partners (“Omni”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sava Technology Limited (“Sava Technology”), a leading provider of energy analytics software to UK housing providers. The transaction marks the fifth strategic acquisition for Infoshare+, Omni’s public sector-focused software and data solutions platform, which launched in October 2024.

With a 30-year track record and a client base of more than 220 social housing providers, Sava Technology is a trusted partner to the UK’s public housing sector. The company helps clients reduce carbon emissions, meet regulatory targets and deliver tangible cost savings. Its flagship offering is the market-leading Sava Intelligent Energy platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that enables housing associations and local authorities to model and improve the energy performance of their housing portfolios.

Enabling data-driven decision-making across more than 2.5 million homes, the Sava Technology platform imports and cleanses property portfolio data, analyses energy and carbon metrics and generates bespoke, costed improvement plans aligned with clients’ energy goals. Customised targets can also be linked to EPC bands, SAP ratings, carbon reduction percentages and space heating demands, helping housing providers refine their energy and emissions strategies. Sava Technology’s software solution integrates seamlessly with all major UK housing asset management systems. In addition to its software solutions, the company offers consultancy services to support and enhance software implementation.

With the UK government committed to achieving net zero by 2050, housing providers face mounting pressure to decarbonise their assets and address fuel poverty. It is impossible for housing providers to devise cost effective improvement strategies to drive lower carbon emissions and reduce running costs without sufficient knowledge of their housing stock. This dynamic creates strong momentum for the adoption of data-driven solutions like Sava’s Intelligent Energy platform.

Infrastructure, Housing and Asset Management is a key growth vertical for Infoshare+. The public sector is facing increasing pressure to meet ever-expanding regulatory burdens whilst offering high-quality housing for their communities. Through the acquisition of Sava Technology, Infoshare+ has enhanced its core offering in infrastructure, housing, and asset management by adding a key housing functionality. The acquisition of Sava Technology further evidences the commitment Infoshare+ has made to deliver mission-critical data and software solutions to the public sector.

Wayne Story, Partner at Omni, commented:

“We’re excited to welcome the Sava Technology team and support them as part of Infoshare+ through the next phase of growth. The Sava Intelligent Energy solution is a best-in-class tool that helps housing providers address the dual challenges of decarbonisation and fuel poverty. It delivers clear, measurable environmental and financial benefits, exactly the kind of high-impact technology we’re building into the Infoshare+ platform. ”

Steve Thorn, Executive Chairman at Infoshare+ said:

“Sava Technology is a perfect fit for Infoshare+. The team brings deep expertise, a strong client base, and a scalable SaaS solution that addresses one of the most urgent issues facing social housing providers today. All the solutions within our platform are built to help organisations improve decision-making and offer better services to deliver the best outcomes for communities across the UK. Sava Technology more than meets the brief and really strengthens what we can offer clients in Infrastructure, Housing and Asset Management”

Austin Baggett, Managing Director of Sava, said:

“The acquisition by Infoshare+ is a natural next step for Sava Technology and our Sava Intelligent Energy software platform. We understand that improving energy efficiency and sustainability isn’t a standalone endeavour. It fits into a much wider, smarter ecosystem of solutions and information, which is precisely what Infoshare+ is building. We’re excited about becoming part of this bigger picture, and at the same time look forward to continuing our collaboration with our customers and our system integrators to create better quality homes.”

Omni was advised by Mayer Brown (Legal), Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) (Financial & Tax), LucidIQ (Technology) Armstrong (Customer Referencing) and CCC Contracts Consultancy (Contracts). Sava Technology was advised by Cavendish (Corporate Finance) and Marriott Harrison (Legal).
