London, 13 November 2025 – Omni Partners (“Omni”) announces the expansion of Infoshare+ through the acquisition of LA Directories and Manifest Software Solutions (“Manifest”). The additions further strengthen Infoshare+’s position as a leading provider of data and software solutions for the UK public sector.
Launched in October 2024, Infoshare+ has grown rapidly over the past year. Having previously made five acquisitions to enhance its product offering, the company’s two latest additions bring specialised capabilities in welfare benefits and social housing systems integration. The acquisitions complement Infoshare+’s existing product portfolio and strengthens the company’s ability to meet its mission to deliver efficient, technology-driven solutions that improve decision-making, streamline operations and improve service delivery in the UK public sector.
LA Directories, founded in 2006, specialises in welfare benefits law and guidance software, simplifying complex legislation governing welfare benefits and housing costs for councils across the UK. The company’s flagship product, The Benefits Directory, is already trusted and used by over 120 public sector organisations. By consolidating published law and guidance into a single, accessible platform, LA Directories enables faster and more accurate benefit assessments thereby reducing research time, improving processing accuracy and validating subsidy income.
Manifest, established in 2015, is the UK’s leading provider of systems integration for the social housing sector, with an existing client base of over 60 councils and housing groups across the UK. Manifest’s technology is designed to meet the unique needs of social housing providers, connecting major applications – including Dynamics and Salesforce – and providing valuable web portals and mobile applications. The transaction will result in a team of specialists with deep technical skills and extensive social housing sector experience joining Infoshare+.
These latest acquisitions mark a significant milestone in Infoshare+’s growth, expanding the company’s capabilities in two key areas where public sector organisations are facing increased pressure to deliver accurate and integrated services. Infoshare+ continues to seek out additional complementary data and technology solutions to solve the biggest challenges faced by local public services.
Wayne Story, Partner at Omni, said:
“We see continued opportunity for Infoshare+ to deepen its partnership with the UK public sector. LA Directories and Manifest bring exceptional expertise in welfare benefits and social housing, two areas where councils and housing providers need smart, scalable solutions. Their integration into Infoshare+ strengthens our ability to support our client base with innovative, mission-critical technology to improve outcomes.”
Steve Thorn, Executive Chair at Infoshare+, commented:

Their addition reinforces Infoshare+ as a trusted technology partner for local authorities and social housing providers across the UK. This next step in our journey significantly expands our ability to deliver a wider range of complementary, connected solutions that make a positive impact across the UK public sector and the communities they serve.”
Kim Larkin, Managing Director of LA Directories, said:
“Joining Infoshare+ is a natural next step for LA Directories. The platform provides the resources to help us evolve whilst maintaining the personal service our clients value. Efficiency is never achieved in isolation, it comes from being part of a smarter ecosystem – exactly what Infoshare+ represents.”
Alan Swift, Technical Director at Manifest, added:
“Integrating with Infoshare+ is an exciting step forward for Manifest. By combining our systems integration expertise with Infoshare+’s broader capabilities, we can accelerate our shared mission to deliver integrated data-driven solutions for the public sector. Together, we’ll provide smarter and more connected services for local authorities and housing providers.”
