Omni was set up in 2004. Having never been constrained by the status quo over the past two decades, we’ve founded businesses, funded businesses and managed businesses. Investing in interesting privately-held companies in the lower middle market is fascinating. The opportunity to have fun while helping fantastic companies achieve their potential is seemingly endless. We look forward to what the next 20 years brings!
