In Briefed, Omni identified a market leader in government-mandated, mission-critical training. Focused on the legal sector and supporting more than 1,000 organisations, 4,000 barristers, 150 chambers and 10,000 learners through consultancy support and online training modules, we felt that Briefed represented an interesting bolt-on acquisition for our existing portfolio company, DMJ. Operating as a leading legal and governance talent search firm, DMJ was acquired by Omni in mid-2022. The merger of the companies creates a full-service talent manager that helps legal, corporate governance and compliance professionals match their talent with opportunities whilst supporting their professional development and growth at all stages of their career.
